Getting Started

Step 1: Sign up for SaneBox and connect your email account (via OAuth or IMAP).

Step 2: Allow SaneBox to scan your email history to learn your priority patterns.

Step 3: Let SaneBox auto-sort new incoming messages into appropriate folders (Inbox, SaneLater, etc.).

Step 4: Train SaneBox by dragging any mis-filed emails into correct folders (helps the AI learn).

Step 5: Enable additional features like snooze, reminders, attachment cleaning, digest.

Step 6: Monitor your filtered folders and adjust preferences or rules over time.

Example Prompt

Type: “Filter newsletters and promotions into SaneLater, remind me of unanswered emails after 3 days, and send me a daily digest of what’s in SaneLater.”

What you’ll see: Your important emails stay in your inbox, while less urgent ones move to SaneLater. At the end of the day, you’ll receive a digest summarising what’s in SaneLater, and any emails you sent without replies will trigger reminders.
